We typically respond within one business day. Sessions are available in person at Vista Tower or by video call.

Things founders often ask us

Who do you typically work with?

Early-stage founders in Malaysia, generally in the first two to four years of a venture. Most have found early traction and are beginning to work through the questions that emerge once the initial idea has been tested. We work across sectors — the common thread is the stage, not the industry.

How do engagements typically begin?

You reach out through the contact form or by phone. We exchange a short written brief about your current situation and the question you are working on. That brief shapes the first conversation, which tends to be exploratory — we are trying to understand the picture before we offer any kind of perspective on it.

What does the written output look like?

It varies by engagement. For the Early-Stage Review it is a reflective document — typically two to four pages — that summarises what we noticed, the questions worth sitting with, and a short set of possible directions. For the Advisory Conversation it is shorter: a note capturing the main points and any follow-on reflections you asked for during the session.

Can sessions be held remotely?

Yes. Engagements can be conducted by video call as well as in person at our office in Vista Tower. Many founders working outside central Kuala Lumpur prefer the video call option. The quality of the work is the same either way.

Are the conversations confidential?

Everything shared with us stays within the engagement. We do not share details of conversations, written briefs, or outcomes with other parties. If you would prefer a written confidentiality agreement before we begin, we are happy to provide one.

What are your fees, and how is payment handled?

Fees are stated per engagement: MYR 2,460 for the Early-Stage Review, MYR 3,180 for the Go-to-Market Thinking Engagement, and MYR 540 for a single Founder Advisory Conversation. Payment is in Malaysian Ringgit by bank transfer. We invoice before the engagement begins. There are no additional charges.
